Louvre Museum

You cannot possibly discuss tourist hotspots without considering the seemingly inverted Louvre. Even if you are not an art enthusiast, a visit to the Louvre will still blow your mind. 

Located in Paris, France, this museum has become a major part of many movies and books. There are lots of rumors concerning what is hidden under the “little pyramid”. The Louvre has one humongous inverted pyramid, seemingly resting on this little pyramid that is buried in the ground. These pyramids are one of the major markers or symbols of the Louvre.

As the largest museum in the world, this iconic building is home to some of the most revolutionary art pieces in the modern world. For instance, the world-famous work of artist Leonardo DaVinci; the Mona Lisa. The lady who seems to be smiling at you regardless of what angle you look at her from. The painting which has been stolen at least four times in recorded history has finally found a home. One has got to wonder why this painting has changed hands so many times. Visit the Louvre and you’ll see.

Another interesting reason to visit the Louvre is that it is in Paris!!! Do I need to say more? The legends of the French city speak for themselves.
